Human Resource Development Training Program

The movement conducts a 12-month holistic training program in enlightened leadership. A limited number of candidates are admitted .It aims at building up the human resources of the candidates by providing them with opportunities enhance their skills. They monitor school programs, conduct inter-school programs, evaluate student programs, organize Knit India programs  and live a value-based life as a leader in their social milieux. They are given many opportunities to participate in discussions, seminars and share their ideas. This helps them build up their communication skills and evaluative abilities.
